Section 36
Assets to be released
If the assets or instruments withheld according to section 18 are not obtained from crimes related to money laundering and terrorist activities, if a case has not been filed in relation to the crime, the head of the department based on the report of the investigating officer and if a case has been filed, the court hearing the case shall dispose of such assets. or order the agency holding the asset to release such property or asset and if such an order is made, such agency shall release such asset or asset.
